Sora Hospitality specializes in serving Saudi coffee and hot and cold beverages at women's and family events in Riyadh.

We believe refined hospitality is in the details: a professional team in elegant uniforms, carefully selected beverages, and thoughtful service your guests notice from the first cup.

Our pricing

Packages

Packages for every guest list, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations.

Starting at SAR 899 including tax, through to our Grand package for larger events. Every package includes 5 beverage choices and a team sized for your occasion.

A special Sora touch: a gift for the host with every booking.

Additional fees

Transport is charged separately: SAR 100 within Riyadh and SAR 150 for outlying areas.

Each guest above the package limit costs SAR 18. If your guest count falls between two package ranges, we use the nearest smaller package and add the extra guests at this rate.

Each package includes 5 beverage choices. Each additional beverage variety costs SAR 100.

An on-site supervisor is optional for SAR 300 with Signature, Elite and Supra, and is included in Grand.

Frequently asked questions

How many hours are included? What if the event runs longer?

The service includes 7 hours. If your event runs longer, we will coordinate any additional time with you so you can continue enjoying your occasion.

What does the package include? Are there additional fees?

The price includes the team specified for your package, serving equipment and 5 beverage choices. Transport, extra guests and additional beverage varieties are charged separately. We explain the total and agree on every detail before you book.

Can I choose the beverages? How many varieties are included?

Of course. Choose 5 beverage varieties to suit your taste. Each additional variety costs SAR 100. We agree on your choices before you book.

What do you bring, and what should I provide at the venue?

We bring all hospitality and serving equipment. We need water and electricity at the venue. If your event is at a private gathering venue, we can also provide water. We coordinate everything with you in advance.

How is my booking confirmed, and when do I pay?

We agree on the event details and total through WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed when you send the deposit transfer receipt. The remaining balance is due one day before the event.

Can I change my package if my guest count increases?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the new guest count. We will arrange a suitable package and team, and explain any price difference before you confirm the change.

If your guest count falls between two package ranges, we use the nearest smaller package and add SAR 18 per guest above its limit. For 25 guests, choose Classic with 5 extra guests for SAR 1589. For 92 guests, choose Supra with 2 extra guests for SAR 4435. These amounts exclude transport and any other optional extras you choose.

Can I change the event date after booking?

Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp with the new date and we will coordinate the change with you.

Do you serve all Riyadh neighborhoods? What are the transport fees?

Yes, we serve all Riyadh neighborhoods. Transport costs SAR 100, or SAR 150 for outlying areas, and is separate from the package price. Send us your location and we will confirm the transport fee and total before you book.
